Sleep Sound in Williamsport

Tuesday, January 26th, 2010

Herbal Sleep in Williamsport Hi, I am good night sleep blogger Martin Dincher. As you have probably guessed, there are some nights when I simply cannot sleep sound. I brush my teeth, climb onto my swedish mattress, relax under my Khaki down comforter and then–lie there with my eyes wide open! Ugh!

Before I take an herbal sleep remedy such as Melotrex or Reposanex, I try some of my favorite nighttime rituals to hopefully aid sleep.

First, I rid my Williamsport bedroom of all the distractions. I can’t believe how much paperwork piles up in a few days. I don’t want to lie awake thinking about the car insurance premium that is due on my mini-van or the ten page application for my daughter to attend Dickinson College. I even close my laptop and take it out of the bedroom.

Next, I bargain with my sweetie for a massage exchange. I promise to give an incredible rubdown tomorrow night if I can get one tonight. Lavender or chamomile oil is the crowning touch.

Next, I meditate to the sound of the surf lapping at the shore. No, I don’t live on the beach, but I do live in a nice Williamsport neighborhood near downtown. To hear waves, chirping birds or a gentle breeze rustling the trees, I turn on relaxing ambient sleep music.

If these things don’t do the trick, I pull out the heavy artillery. I take Reposanex, the non habit forming sleep aid. I believe it is one of the most effective sleep aids over the counter in Cogan Station. I have been using natural insomnia aids for 14. You don’t have to lie there with your eyes open. See http://www.bestsleepaids.net for a good night sleep.

Melotrex for Jet Lag in Williamsport

Wednesday, January 20th, 2010

Circadian Rhythm Hi, it’s Martin here again sharing sleep news for Williamsport insomniacs.

I have been conducting informal research on lack of sleep effects in Williamsport for several months now. So far, I have tried Reposanex and 7Hour Slumber. This upcoming week, I am eager to compare Melotrex.

Melotrex works with your body to re-set your natural circadian rhythm. No, I am not a dancer, ‘circadian rhythm’ is the scientific name for your internal body clock. All animals and plants have a natural 24-hour cycle. Circadian rhythms disorders affect your physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Circadian rhythms can be altered by pregnancy, rotating shifts and jet lag. I don’t have to worry about being pregnant, but since I will be traveling away from Cogan Station on business next week, I will definitely need Melotrex. I will also do yoga and my special relaxation techniques faithfully while I am away. Since I am very sensitive to disruptions in my sleep cycle, I have a bedtime ritual that I use in combination with all-natural sleep aids to help me sleep.

For more information on Melotrex, Reposanex, , and 7Hour Slumber, see Buddy’s Richmond Sleep Less Blog. These sleep aids are available online for all Avis and New Columbia folks who want to re-set or maintain their sleep/wake cycle for better health and improved immunity. I don’t know about you, but I am at least a little concerned about H1N1 and other viruses that are spreading in the Cogan Station area. To stay healthy, make sure you get enough sleep!

Martin’s Williamsport Sleep Diary

Friday, January 15th, 2010

Martin's Williamsport Sleep Diary If you suffer from sleep issues like many folks in Cogan Station, you may want to start a sleep diary. You can keep track of when you climb into bed, when you actually fall asleep, how many times you wake up during the night and when you arise in the morning. In addition, you can record other factors that may be related such as medications, stressful events, number of cups of coffee, exercise, etc.

Then you can compare these factors. Analyzing any connections may help you better understand your insomnia.

By keeping a sleep diary for a month, I was able to isolate several factors that triggered a sleepless night in my Williamsport bedroom. Some of those factors, such as caffeine consumption, are controllable. Other factors, such as the occasional loud barking of my Williamsport neighbor’s dog are beyond my control. When I am awakened by barking or other unexpected loud noises, I take 7Hour Slumber. I can get back to sleep fast and the whole night is not ruined.

I am Martin Dincher. I have used most sleep aids available in Cogan Station, both prescription and over-the-counter. 7Hour Slumber is my favorite OTC insomnia treatment.

By keeping a sleep diary you may discover how to alter your busy Williamsport lifestyle to help you get more sleep. For the nights you can’t sleep despite your best efforts, try 7Hour Slumber. I know it has helped many Williamsport sleep apnea patients, also.

Here’s wishing you restful sleep tonight.

Melotrex for Insomniacs in Williamsport

Thursday, January 7th, 2010

Melotrex for Insomniacs in Williamsport Does it seem like some New Columbia teenagers sleep all the time? PA sleep experts say that teenagers need about ten hours of sleep. This is as much sleep as a toddler needs! (Parents of teenagers can probably name some other ways that 16 year-olds and 3 year-olds are alike.)

If high schoolers need more sleep than grade schoolers, why do most Cogan Station high schools start the school day between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. while elementary schools ring the bell at 9:30? If first period in high school began a few hours later, say at 10:00 a.m., perhaps fewer Cogan Station high schoolers would struggle to graduate.

In addition to schools, many other PA social institutions do not acknowledge nor support natural sleep requirements. Think of first-year Cogan Station doctors who make life-or-death decisions during a thirty hour shift. The increased rate of mistakes made by trainees while working impossibly long hours is well documented.

“An intern who does more than 80 a week commits 36% more serious medical errors than one who works normal hours”, said Charles Czeisler, sleep researcher. (medicalnewstoday.com)

In addition to health care, many New Columbia professions require employees to work dangerously long shifts. Williamsport public safety workers, New Columbia customer service personnel, Mc Ewensville night cleaning crews, armed services personnel, Avis restaurant workers, and Cogan Station truck drivers are all at risk for sleep deprivation and the associated dangers.

If you suffer from occasional or persistent insomnia due to your Williamsport employment situation, Melotrex can help you. This all-natural Williamsport insomnia remedy is effective for all types of sleep problems. Most of us cannot change our profession, however, we can use sleep aids such as Reposanex and 7Hour Slumber to help us get the deep, recharging sleep that will allow us to be clear-headed on the job.
